Horizons Has New Access Department
Horizons is excited to announce the creation of the new Access division. This new department will enhance our ability to connect consumers with the services they are seeking. Members of the Access to Care team are available to answer questions, help with coordination of care, and referrals for services.
This group of friendly, knowledgeable staff is now available to help make your entrance into services as comfortable and seamless as possible. For more information, see the Access page on our website.
